Microclass on “HRM in Aviation" equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to address the unique human capital challenges facing the aviation industry and to contribute to the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of aviation organizations in a rapidly evolving global environment. In addtion, this one-month course will enable the partcipants to formulate and implement HR strategies in order to create sustained competitive advantage and will provide them with a thorough knowledge of how HRM concepts and theories can be applied to the airline industry, with its unique and distinctive character.
This Microclass will start from Sat 5th Oct and will conclude on 27th Oct 2024. Classes will be conducted on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) across 8 Slots of 3- hour each, as per the program schedule.
By the end of this Microclass, participants will have the ability to apply HRM concepts and skills effectively in the ever-evolving airline industry. They will be equipped with an insightful and comprehensive understanding of the HR functions through an aviation lens. They will also be able to explore the best HR strategies being adopted in today's highly competitive aviation industry. The course is tailored for participants to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and insights necessary to effectively manage human resources within the unique context of aviation. They will be able to appreciate the specialized skills required in recruiting, training, and retaining aviation personnel, such as pilots, cabin crew, and engineers, to meet the unique demands and qualifications of these roles. They will will learn to strategically align HRM initiatives with the overarching goals and objectives of aviation companies, contributing to operational efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.

Candidates who have successfully completed this Microclass will be awarded with a Certificate of Completion by Aviationia, Atlântica and Shervi Aviationia as well as a Certificate of Specialisation from Atlântica University.
