Shervi Aviationia India Pvt Ltd, in partnership with AVIATIONIA, aims to empower the aviation community with sustainable human capital development through acadustry®-oriented Education & Training. The consortium seeks to establish constructive accord among aviation stakeholders across the country to transform potential by collaborating with local universities, industries, and relevant associations, thereby bringing forward specific programmes – Microclasses® and Pre-Piloting Programme® for self-enhancement at individual level, and Masterclasses for talent management at corporate level, while maintaining high-quality standards.

microclasses

Microclasses® are our professional credentials designed to build specific career skills in aviation via an acadustry®-oriented tutoring. Each Microclass is spread over a month, and they are scheduled to be taught through 3-hour online weekend sessions. Our Microclasses are categorized into two categories, namely General Track (GT) and Pilot Track (PT). The GT is for aviation personnel across the hierarchy from managers, team leaders, aspiring managers, technicians to engineers, while the PT is exclusively for pilots. Unlike a traditional module, each stand-alone Microclass is certified and possesses an equivalent of ECTS credits. Furthermore, the participants can obtain a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Aviation Management, by Atlântica University of Portugal, upon completion of 10 certified Microclasses within a year.

Masterclasses

Masterclasses are our 3-day industry-driven professional specializations developed to coach executives and managers of your organization for talent management and organization’s growth. The delegates who enroll into our Masterclasses are usually part of top management of airports and airlines, managerial-graded pilots, senior MRO engineers, and consultants. These Masterclasses, which are exclusively offered via corporate-enrollment are delivered either in-house or virtually as per your organization’s specific requirements and can be stemmed up from a Training Needs Analysis. Additionally, through our unique approach of acadustry®, the Masterclasses can be further extended into dedicated consultancy to the organization when required. The certified Masterclasses can also be cumulatively added via an Executive Track (ET) which allows the delegates to be awarded with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Aviation Business Management upon the completion of 5 certified Masterclasses within a year. The Leadership Track (LT) allows delegates to upgrade to a Post-Graduate Diploma in Aviation Business Management through a combination of 5 Masterclasses with additional top-ups of a Leadership Credential & Projects. Both awards are offered by Atlântica University of Portugal.

Pre-Piloting Programme

Our 10-DAY Pre-Piloting Programme® is formulated using our acadustry® formula for candidates to acquire fundamental knowledge in piloting before embarking into a full-fledge study. It offers an apercu on the different subjects, and at the same time, giving the possibility to the candidate whether he/she is befitted for such career. The program covers the five key modules under the DGCA India, which are Air Regulations, Technical General, Aviation Meteorology, Radio Telephony Restricted, and Air Navigation, as well as additional subjects which are relevant during CPL pilot studies, including Aptitude Test, Psychometric Test, Aviation Medicine & Medical Fitness amongst others. Additionally, although the course is inclined towards the DGCA standard, the Pre-Piloting Programme® also addresses an overview on the EASA and FAA piloting approach. Towards the end, a complementary counselling session is given to serve as guidance to participants who have confirmed their willingness to undertake a pilot study. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to successful candidates.
